Dean's List - BC Blue get's all Stasi on people he thinks are not Canadian enough

And by not Canadian enough I think he means not crazy as hell.

He is compiling a little list of those who seem to favour the impartial exercise of the law in Canada. He and his equally deranged commenters can’t understand why the law can’t be suspended if the victim of their intentions is a brown moslem. He is so scared of anything and everything that he and they are determined to destroy what makes Canada so annoying to those who would destroy us. He is so scared in fact he will undo Canada’s laws and freedoms in order to preserve them.

He and his cowardly coterie are happy to conflate a love of the rule of law with ecstasy about the return of a Canadian citizen convicted of terrorism to Canada. He and the other perpetually terrified extreme right chickenhawks in this country don’t understand that if we don’t treat everyone fairly under the law, then all of us are at risk from the unfair application of the said law.

I’m pleased that the government actually kept it’s word and stood by what they agreed to do in this case. After its many craven decisions in the past it is a refreshing change to see Harper keep his word.
(Put me on your list if you want idiot boy.)

Dean’s response to this event is to react like many a toady of a totalitarian regime in the past and keep a list. Informers for the Stasi did it, KGB informers did it, Gestapo informers did it, The inquisition also had an extensive netwrok of toadies too and who could omit the Kempeitai from such an infamous list? They all relied on those who would watch and make their own little lists of those who they wished to rat out to somemone, anyone who would listen.

Poor Dean wants to save the country by destroying the very things that make us different from those he claims to oppose. No wonder his own party kicked him out.

Slow down Dean and try and work out why the majority of folk are saying what they say. I would have posted on your blog, but your cowardice extends to blocking anyone who might disagree with you.
